Our Holistic Approach

Our mission is to provide expert netball coaching, foster teamwork, and create a welcoming community where every child feels valued.

At 360 Netball Academy, we take a holistic approach to athlete development, focusing not only on gameplay but also on building resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging both on and off the court. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, we offer tailored netball programs to suit your needs.

The Development Academy (ages 8-10) focuses on foundational netball skills and fun drills in a supportive environment. The Advanced Academy (ages 11-13) helps players refine advanced techniques, strategies, and game performance. All sessions are held at Illawarra Sports High School on Mondays.

Head Coach: Regan Tweddle

Regan brings a distinguished track record of success and expertise to Netball 360 with her most recent win - a National Championship for the first time in 10 years for NSW - coaching the NSW All Schools U15s Netball Team at the School Sport Australia Multi-Sport Games on the Gold Coast last year. With the inception of Netball NSW Premier League in 2016, Regan was the Head Coach of the UTS Sparks Premier League U20s team. Under her leadership, the UTS Sparks achieved remarkable milestones, including a Grand Final appearance in 2016, a Premier League U20s Championship Title in 2017, and a strong 3rd-place finish in the U23s division in 2019. Furthermore, with South Coast Blaze gaining a franchisee agreement in 2020, Regan was passionate about building a premier U23s program that would elevate South Coast Blaze to new heights within the netball community. Committed to fostering talent and excellence, Tweddle lead the Blaze U23s to two consecutive Grand Finals in 2020 and 2022 (the 2021 season was disbanded due to COVID).

Regan’s coaching credentials are built on an extensive career with key organisations and associations such as the Illawarra District Netball Association and the Illawarra Academy of Sport, Sutherland Shire Netball Association, Southern Highlands Netball Association and West Wyalong Netball. Tweddle’s deep understanding of netball development, coupled with her proven ability to mentor elite athletes, makes her an invaluable asset to the Illawarra Region.

Having experience across both Primary and Secondary school settings, Regan works with all athletes of all ages and her extensive knowledge as an educator with over 20 years of experience complements her coaching. Currently coaching both her daughters in the local Illawarra competition, with Grand Final wins in 10Bs, 2023 and an undefeated season in 10As in 2024, she is always willing to help other coaches, teams or individual athletes to achieve their netball goals.
